My Journey as a Mentee in the Cross Mentoring Program

In the CMP (Cross Mentoring Program), experienced leaders (mentors) from Austria and Germany support young aspiring leaders (mentees) for a period of nine months.Reflecting on my experience as a mentee in the Cross Mentoring Program, I can confidently say that it was a transformative journey that expanded my knowledge and skills as a leader.

Through exchanging ideas with my mentor, I gained valuable insights into my current status and identified areas where I needed to develop further.

One of the most enriching aspects of the program was learning to view topics from a different perspective. It opened up new ways of thinking and problem-solving, which I would not have been exposed to otherwise. The program also provided an opportunity to learn and practice using additional management tools, which I found to be incredibly useful in my day-to-day work.

Aside from the knowledge and skills I gained, being a mentee in the program gave me access to a high-profile network of professionals from diverse industries and countries and learn about the latest trends in the industry.

Overall, the Cross Mentorship Program was an incredible opportunity for me to gain confidence in dealing with leadership personalities, gain insights into other structures, and grow personally and professionally.
